kitchen & bath e-design
1. discovery
We start with a 30-minute complimentary call to understand the scope of work, Some home owners may only need a floor plan for cabinet layout and some need assistance putting all the design elements together. After our call a quote will be emailed to confirm the services required and pricing. Once you are ready to move forward with your project we get to know you and your space. We chat about space planning, expectation of finishes, establish budgets, and other design elements that will impact the space. Ex – Appliances, plumbing, light fixtures and any structural details. I will teach you how to collect site measurements if it’s a reno or blue prints can be emailed for new construction. This meeting is very collaborative – we review any images you have collected or pinned, discuss styles that inspire you. Through this process it will give us a good feel and understanding of your project.
2. concept & Creation
From our initial meeting we will have gathered enough information to produce a concept design. This phase is where we lay the foundation to the next stage. Depending on your budget we can produce black and white 3-D and elevation renderings and or full colour drawings. Each design will be custom created to the clients needs, functional preferences and personal style.
3. the details
Here’s where we get to step up the fun some more! We dig deep into the creative details like exact colours and finishes of each space you need assistance with. We will make adjustments and fine tune the drawings and selections to make sure you absolutely love it!
4. confirmation & order
We will provide construction documents and a list of the items that need to be purchased. It will be the home owners responsibility to order the materials needed for the project and all trades, contractors and home owners are to verify the site measurements. I am always here for you if you have any questions on site or any trades needing clarification.
