My Husband and I designed our home to be exactly what we wanted. When it was time to seek quotes for kitchen and bathrooms I sought out two different companies. Both were similar in price and lead times. One company just followed my design and gave a quote based on few criteria with minimal questions.

The number one rule is Good Communication. Which is also the number one reason why many business fail in their service. The good news is that Sheridan has this figured out really well and has been an absolute professional with great communication. Responded to all inquiries and follow up on any concerns or issues. We have used a few different kitchen designers and I must say they don’t even compare to Sheridan. The overall experience was very good simply because of her great professionalism and prompt communication to all matters. My only wish for our Kitchen Renovation was that it be "hassle free". I researched kitchen company's trying to get answers and to feel confident in my design ideas. It was exhausting, in that I wasn't quite important to them until I put down a payment down. I discussed this with our contractor and his solution was to give Sheridan, at White Timber, a call. The quick, friendly response from Sheridan was refreshing. She not only came to my house within a few days, but listened, designed and worked toward the most amazing kitchen that I have ever dreamed of.
